Squat: warm-up, then 5X5@235# (I need to remind myself that I’m lifting to supplement my running!!!)

Curl Complex: 3X6/6/6@30#

Two-hand OH DB Tricep Extension: 3X12@85#

Pendlay Row: 3X12@135#

Seated DB OHP: 3X15@50#

DB Lateral Bend: 3X15@100#
